The weather outside is so cooling plus the nonstop background running of 'Come clean' (perfect for rainy days) has made me feel like blogging though without any aim.
The weather has been a contrast against the past weeks of stifling heat. It has been raining heavily ever since monday 4am. I went to sleep with the rain starting to drizzle softly outside till 11am when i woke up to see the dark still-pouring sky. Would have slept on till twelve if not for the unexpected humming of my second alarm clock set by my thoughtful sis.
A lot of roads are flooded. There was once when a fast moving lorry passed by our car while on the way to school on PIE, our screenshield was entirely splashed with huge pool of water, i.e. we totally can't see anything in front. It is dangerous if there's any vehicle cutting into our lane. Fortunately, there were few cars then.
Most friends of mine have already tucked in early to enjoy the bliss of this endless rain while slowly falling unconsious. I still don't feel like sleeping. I want to feel this rain fully awake. At this moment of typing, i could even sense the nice grassy smell of rain and with the voice of Hillary Duff, i enjoying every part of this rare atmosphere. Let this be marked on my blog.
