Spent my whole night yesterday trying to how to use my mum's learning english kits. The device looks damn complicated. I tried to find an English manual until my mum reminded me that it's designed to help chinese (from china) to learn english and how else would there be an English version. In the end, i gave up the chinese manual and use my limited common sense to play with the machine. It's quite high tech though it still uses cassette. It can record your voice and compared it with the recorded phase and gave calculated accuracy of your pronounciation. Finally i got it to start but not before i got a big headache until i felt nauseous.

"Nice" day i have for today. Supposed to be at work? No. My boss takes leave today so he asked me to take leave too. Hmm...helped my mum to mop the entire house floor in the morning. All sweats and with several bruises on my fingers yah! It's my first time touching dead carcass (wrong spelling) by washing the chicken parts and plucking their hair/feather. Yuck...It's a silly phobia of mine. Mum scolded that it's not as if first time touching dead animals. I whined that's different cos i only touched those cooked ones. Bah...

sEARCHING HIGH AND LOW for my USB cable for my digicam for days. Darn!!! I going to straighten my permed hair later and i intend to post the last few moment of that - so call souveniors (wrong spelling again). Arg...going off to find it again...
